WORK IN PROGRESS! But feel free to post!

I'm going to try and make this short and sweet, because this is the boring part. The fun stuff will be in the next post!

My experience:
-I've been roleplaying for almost 15 years now.
-I'm an English major. (No, I won't be up your butt about little mistakes. I make them, too. Just trying to get the point across, I'm looking for experienced roleplayers. )

My tastes:
-I only do 1x1s, and I prefer to do it over private means (pm, email).
-I enjoy pretty much anything paranormal fantasy. I'm a huge paranormal nerd and I enjoy trying out new species.
-My avi here on Sylestia sort of grew into her own person, so I could be tempted into doing a roleplay with a Sylestian plot.
-I'll do romance, but I don't want it to be the main focus of the roleplay.
-I can play either genders.


Eh, that's all I can think of for now. Let's get onto the good stuff!

Rough Ideas:


Human Nature:
The cat shifter is out of the bag. In a world made small by technology, its impossible to hide what you are for long, and humans have discovered theyre not the top of the food chain like they thought they were. Many lesser species have been destroyed for humanitys sake, but those who have a more human appearance, the public has a little more difficult time destroying. These creatures have been labeled sub-human. They are registered, tracked, and monitored, all for the sake of humanity. These sub-humans have very few rights, and to be found guilty of a crime is automatic execution.

This system is still new, and occasionally, some sub-humans manage to fall through the cracks. The ultimate goal is to survive in a world that sees you as dispensable monsters. Some species, like sirens and fae, can manage to live their entire lives without being noticed as other. Other species, like werewolves, vampires, and meremaid, never stood a chance.

Don't really have a plot for this one yet, obviously. Just a bit of a setting, but I'd love to explore it further with someone!
