edit: I was told Puffadore are considered fabled as well. sorry!
those species are not marked as fabled in the generator neither do they show up when searching fabled in the advanced search. that got me pretty confused.

I was checking my pets and it seems like I am missing a fabled pet from the 2017 Patriotic Event Bundle? it's said to contain one 3-vis fabled and two 2-vis fabled, but I only have two fabled themed (plus one from the zone boss) and I know I have not sold anything so far.

the number of pets (8) is correct, though only two of them are fabled. could you please explain if I am missing something? thanks a lot!

Yep. They don't have the tag or breeding restriction, but we have always considered then to be fabled due to their exclusive acquisition.
