How? I know how to make images and URLs but not clickable images.

To make a clickable image, start out the same way as making an image. Get the image url:
https://www.sylestia.com/image_builder_pet.php?species=zolnixi&breed=sylesti&gender=female&gd1=NN&gd2=NN&gd3=NN&md1=NN&md2=CC&md3=CC&ec=e4aa1d&c1=cf5b06&c2=fcedc0&c3=713031&gd1c=faf8fa&gd2c=f9f7f9&gd3c=fbfdfc&md1c=f8f8f9&md2c=b7f35f&md3c=b30308&ac=e4aa1d&maturity=648&costume=0&size=250&owned=1
Highlight, but instead of clicking the "Make image" button, click the button on the far right, that says "Make image link" when you hover.
In the box that shows up, put the url of the page that the image is on (the same that you would use to make a link):
https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=2584971
And it will make a clickable image!
