I'm on the part where I have to "explore the area" but I've already clicked that button several times and did the first quest where you have to battle 10 enemies. The tutorial message won't change.

I really don't remember this, but maybe you need to complete the quest from the quest page? I really don't remember but just a suggestion.

I already turned in the request and got the rewards but the tutorial message hasn't changed.

@Dog,
If you are still in Esior's Fields, you just have to keep exploring through the tutorial. You will eventually reach the end and it'll instruct you further. But until then, you have to keep exploring through Esior's Fields.
