~ You Wake Up feeling a warm and soft breeze, the grass under you is a vibrant green plush decorated occasionally with colorful patches of Flowers. as you look you see there is a small lake in the clearing in which you have landed, and atop a rock near its shore stands a small girl with pink hair sporting long ears and a fluffy tail facing away from you~

(OOC: just a reminder to keep the story moving all posts should be at least a small paragraph)

~Johan~

Johan blinked at the bright sun and shielded his eyes. His head was pounding like crazy, what had happened? He had gone to sleep in his room in his new dorm for his very first time, hoping to get settled in before the semester began. He always had weird dreams when he slept in an unfamiliar place so perhaps that was all this was. Though admittedly it was strange that he was dressed in the clothes he had gone to sleep in, a pair of grey sweatpants and a white A shirt. But the grass felt so real beneath his bare feet and the air smelled of morning dew, he would never have dreamt up such a pleasant scene.

Deciding that there was no harm in it, Johan approached the girl with the rabbit ears and stood beside her without saying a word. The view from here was breathtaking...

The Girl wasn't smiling and her ears drooped a bit as she spoke " The entire land use to be this beautiful.... but now only the places where the Gods reside look like this.." she said her voice filled with sorrow she sighed and placed a smile on her face her ears perking up a bit " I'm sure your wondering why it is I brought you here.." she said Looking at the boy as she stood on the rock. slowly the others began arriving

Javier (Blink)-

The cool concrete touched his back as he took a final step back. No! He was out of places to run, out of rope in a way. The dog barked angry as it took a foaming step towards him. Rabies, a nasty fate. If he could just get past it...blink. The boy opened his eyes expecting to see the other side of the alleyway though was nearly assaulted as the sun glared down upon him. What the heck? Squinting against the light he staggered backwards a bit. Where was he? This wasn't the park, it was always dry and grey looking this was green and so bright. Had he blinked out of his old life? As his eyes adjusted to the light he turned around to find a boy and a rabbit? They were standing on a cliff looking over it. Who were they? "Look if your after my money, your a bit late. Guy on 5th street got the last of it."

Black Rabbits ear rotated to the distressed boys voice " No worry for that I brought you here for another reason... " she said with a bright smile " You must be Blink! I heard your Gift is very impressive" She said Leaping down from the rock and holding out her hand " Welcome to the Little Garden." she said with a wiggle of her fluffy tail.

~Johan~

Johan turned towards the new voice and fought the urge to back away seeing as he had his back to a cliffs edge. So this was real, and other gifts were involved.

(OOC: It's rather coincidental that you would choose to use the word gift instead of power, it's going to confuse Johan when he realizes that these aren't the same gifts he knows about.)

This new guy looked like a thug sure enough, but after a moment Johan was certain that his life wasnt in any danger. He wore a rather confused expression as he attempted to understand what was going on. They had warned him that strange things were bound to happen at a school for gifts, so it was probably best to act rationally about the situation. So he stood quietly and observed.

Javier (Blink)-

Blink, that was a name that no one had called him since he was a child. "Gift?" He thought for a moment running a hand through his hair. "Oh you mean the blink...I wouldn't call it a gift." He refused to move form his spot as he looked the two over. "So what is this place? It's definitely not the slums, that's for sure."

~Johan~

That was odd... the way this person spoke about gifts was so totally different from what he was used to. He seemed to not even know what they were, let alone that a gift referred to both a person and their abilities.
Johan narrowed his eyes at the boy. He looked about the right age to be attending the school, but there weren't any slums in New Athens and his clothes definitely weren't those of someone attending a prestigious private school even on a scholarship like him.

The moon rabbit was growing more and more excited as she knew these were the ones that would bring peace to their community. With a smile she threw her hands up and stretched them out at her sides and with much enthusiasm began to speak " This Is the Little Garden a place once thriving with different communities and demon lords who waged Odds against the gods who live here" She placed her hands on her hips before continuing in third person " Red Rabbit believes that you all and your gifts can restore peace and bring back the great community that was once know as Dragon's Song, That the community I am a part of! "she said her little tail wagging with excitement

She looked between the two her tail stopping as she clutched her hands nervously " That is if you will help Red Rabbit do this...." she said as if she was asking a tremendous favor.

~Johan~

Johan lept deftly off his perch on the rock to land near Red and gave her a scrutinous look. Her words seemed oddly believable, after all he had never heard of a gift with animal ears and a tail and both were undoubtedly real. Not to mention that the other boy seemed just as perplexed as he was. Johan continued not to say anything as he moved to a position where he was an equal distance from the other two and had a clear path of escape behind him. As far as Johan was concerned he had been kidnapped in his sleep and brought to this place against his will, anyone who would do that to him wasn't to be trusted.
