Could we be able to have the upper level arena pets available as long as we have pets that level? All my pets that are for fighting are well above level 25

@Cambelgirl96,
We have lv. 25, lv. 50, and lv. 75 arena.
To unlock them you have to clear the lower tier first except lv. 25 being the lowest one.
