For some reason, I can't allocate any proficiency points in either agility or dexterity. It shows the symbols as gray and won't let me choose them. I would screen shot it, but I don't know how to screenshot on a laptop. And I have already refreshed the page as well as changed the web browser I was using.

You can only choose Health or Strength/Intelligence until you finish either the Tutorial or the first region, I forget which one.
