In my inventory, a Sylvorpa Water Dragon distruptor appears, though it's written I've got 0 of them, if I try to use it says I don't have this item anymore, If I try to sell it or delete it says the same thing. It's very weird.
I don't know if it's a known issue.

did you try clicking on the trash can icon above the purchase tab button? i think that would work

I did, it says the item doesn't exist! (the exact words where "has been deleted" if I remember right while it as still in my inventory)

(But it still was weird)
