Hover over "Account" and click "Settings"

Went to Create a Referral Link but what does it mean by Your Custom Referral Link: ? It is a blank box what am I supposed to put?

@Cerberus,
The first box will determine where the link will land (home page or registration)
Then you type the text you want to link it. When you press "Make referral link" then the link will appear in the blank box. You don't actually have to use the link, but your code should be in it.
