I not going to do this for free, but as I've never done this before I don't know what a good price range would be.
Here are some examples of my work.

I'll give it a shot! Why don't we decide on a price once we see how it turns out?
I'm saving this here to edit later. Had to restart which changed the position.

Okay! Thanks! Do you have an idea of how long it will take until I get the picture?

Umm... It depends if I'm in the drawing mood, how easy the subject is to draw, and the style and effort I put into it. Since it's a Zolnixi and I've taken a recent liking to drawing foxes, it shouldn't be too hard. I should have it done by Monday or earlier if all goes well. Which reminds me; how do you want me to draw her? Digital or traditional? I have lots of different styles I use when I do traditional art, so if you choose that I'll need you to tell me what you are hoping for.

I finished the first outline. Still have to incorporate some of the traits. Then I have to color it. Unfortunately I can only use Microsoft Paint, so the quality of everything isn't the best.

I'm really sorry, but I won't be able to get your picture done anytime soon. Dad took away my laptop and I can't draw very well on my phone. >_< I can draw on the library computer but I don't go there for long periods of time very often. I will eventually get it done though.
