Where would one be able to purchase of few of these? I have tried Trade Broker and none are currently available.

Potions and elixirs are not tradeable, so they can't be found on the trade broker.

If you want to buy them, you'll have to go to the Town's market/hall to buy them.

You can also find them from mission satchels, so do send your pets on missions regularly. It's also the fastest way to earn gold.
