I'm not sure if this is an issue or not, but just to be on the safe side, I took a screenshot of it. I've never noticed this happening before, but it happened not long ago while I was running the Dungeon of the Forsaken.

I believe this is an indication that your Equipment is full.

Found the issue.
It was an issue with the script - not a full Inventory.
It should be fixed now and no longer fail creating the item.

Sort of a similar issue, I seem to be getting empty mission satchels :p
Nothing appears in my inventory after I open them

Ah. I think it's a random piece of Equipment. It should be creating the item, it's just not displaying the message properly.
I'll get it fixed.

I was opening a bunch of mission satchels, and this empty item message popped up on 5 of them.
Edit: And my inventory is not full.
Edit Edit: When I checked my equipment inventory, there were no new items there.

They were Mission satchels from the towns.... of the 25 and 50 level. Most of the satchels I opened were fine, but those 5 were empty. I just kept going because I assumed it was making the items anyway, but that seems to not be the case.
