For the past week or thereabouts the sight will randomly freeze (Ive tried 2 diffrent wifi sources i think and the same thing happened) but the game will freeze and it will shut down and say that i have lost connection to sylestia. I have to exit the browser and reload for it to work, sometimes multiple times.

Is this happening on any particular pages, or is it random? I noticed something similar a few days ago but only seemed to happen when trying to modify pet proficiencies.
I was also using my mobile browser.. I tried later on a PC and it worked fine. I haven't noticed any issues since.

It's on my laptop and mostly happens on Forums, generator, any battles, and in the pet proficiency area

I would try restarting your modem and router.
What browser are you using? Is it up to date?
Have you tried using it without any addons or extensions installed?
Can you try a speedtest, preferably once during or right after the Site hangs up and another when it's fine:

Those speeds are plenty sufficient.
The only other thing for that I'd test would just be... whenever the Site is stuck next time, quickly try to run a speedtest to see what your speed is at that specific time to see if it's any different.
And yea. I'd try and see if running without extensions helps. If not, I'd also test another browser to see if it's specific to Chrome or not.
