Day broke over the land, being light and warmth to the hills. The sun rose like it had for many a year, since the beginning of time in fact. The grass was green on the hill sides, dotted here and there with a slight splash of color by the occasional patch of clover or wild growing flowers. No trees dotted this land, they never grew this close to humans it just wasn't a custom of theirs. Maybe they freared them like everyone else did in the meadow. Though one still seemed to be standing, a large apple tree upon the hill that seemed not afraid of humans but rather to be friends to them. Every summer the humans would come and collect the sweet fruit that the tree dropped and in return they didn't scare it away. Maybe this was the reason that the elder chose to put the warren at the base of the hill. Why it wasn't on top no one really understood though come summer they were thankful. Fresh apples were particularly nice, a perfect treat for a sweet tooth. The warren though sat at the foot of the hill among the grasses were the cows grazed, not desturbed by much in the way of humans. Spring was in the air now meaning the warren was full of activity. Does were having kits, new burrows being dug, and there was of course those that were trying to start their new lives further from the warren. Though the rabbits seemed not to be the only ones ready to begin a new year. There was a booming thunder, deep and loud that echoed through the fields drawing closer and closer to the sacred warren. The Elder, Sagegrass, spoke as if it were nothing only the rains returning though others were sure it wasn't. No one spoke out, thus life went on, though for how much longer can't be certain.

Alright so this is a role play about a warren (colony) of rabbits whoms homes get destroyed when the farmer plows. They must band together and search for a new home, though life as a rabbit is hardly fair. Rabbits will die before they reach their new home but they must press on if they wish to live.
