I have tried to turn it on and nothing happens to my pets tuned to the "Air" element.
I can click the button and it lights up, but that is all.
What is it supposed to do?
Is if not working correctly?

Are you selecting a target?
It's a normal attack.

Let me try that. I have tried the Fire element and it appears that it hits everything at ones. Do you mean I have to select a single target and it will work?
This is all a bit new, still.

Yea.
Select the ability and then select a target.
