The incorrect error message was displaying.
It's because you don't have any pets in your Party.
I have also fixed it so the appropriate error message will display.

I'm experiencing that right now, I was exploring just fine about 10 minutes ago, now I click and nothing happens - my party are all added and saved, but sadly nothing :(
((Edit: About 3 or so minutes after I've written this, it seems to be back up and running again so hopefully it's the same for everyone else experiencing this issue?))

Once all my pets were defeated, rather than seeing the "scull", the entire screen went white.
I checked my pets (the other two had already been knocked out) and the final one was also knocked out.
Sounds like you might need some additional IT help:
I could bring you some milk and cookies :)
