So with this new proficiency system, I set my main pets up with their proficiencies. Then I went to try it out in a battle. I had a pet with air element, one with water, and one with fire. I was fighting just one enemy.
Every time I tried to attack, a message came up saying that Roseiro (my fire pet) didn't have a valid target. It wouldn't let me fight. I can't change party in a battle, and I can't change the proficiency/element either. how do i fix this? what do I do? it always used to let that pet fight even if it was one enemy, not it won't. I tried skip turn, but that wouldn't work either.
