When you make a post or response, there's a bar at the top. At the end there's a button that says "IMG=" Click on that, and a small window will pop up asking for a URL, this is where you put the link that you want to direct people to when they click the picture. When you hit enter it will put a code in your message for you. Something like [.img=www.blah.com][./img] (But without the periods.) Next you'll want the image address for the picture you want. You're going to put that image address between the two sets of parenthesis [.img=www.blah.com]XXX[./img] (Where I put the x's.) Preview your post when you're done, and you should have a picture that doubles as a link. :)
