I did a quick glance over reported things, and didn't see this.. In the legend to the game, a single gem is noted as rewarding 20 gold. However, I do not receive anything for it. With a goblet/trophy, I receive 1 gold. By itself with Jinxie and the bad guy, there was no reward. I have not seen two gems to test if it works at all.

@Renavoid,
The gold rewards must be in order starting with the first reel. So if you only get 1 Gem, it must be on the first reel. In order to get credit for 2, it must be on Reel 1 and Reel 2. The same goes for the Trophies as well.
Only Jinxie Heads can be on any reel and still be counted.
