I'm terribly sorry if this isn't a bug, but according to the update, the Puffadores' should have transparent fairy wings. Unfortunately, my Puff looks like this:

My Puffadore:

As you can see, the image above displays my Puffadore with non-transparent wings.

What it should look like:

The female counterpart seems fine though.

Looks correct to me. Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Tends to be a fairly common problem with image updates.
