in lower level places does it make a difference whether you have a high or low level pet to find eggs and essences and if i does can you have 1 high a 2 low to find stuff more often?

In my experience, it doesn't make any difference where you are or what is in your team. Doesn't really seem like an answer, sorry.

alright thank you thats what i assumed i just know that in some games its like that :D
