I'm playing from a tablet but I can't get my pet to attack while in a battle can someone tell me how to please?

Select your ability from the bar, then tap on an enemy to select it.

Then tap on 'End Turn'.

Just to add on - You may have to click the attack icon twice! I know on ipads, the first click is like a hover of a mouse, so I have to tap the attack icon twice, the enemy once, and then the "end turn" button twice also.
