Hello, when regenerating my puffadores, I've had ones who were not over max points generated to carry markings instead of show them, and usually that just shows up as the italicized way carrieds do. It has work successfully on my puffadore Zoie, who carries jeweled flower crown. However, my following puffadores were supposed to carry the following genes but did not after I regenerated them

I think this is a bug with Puffadore regeneration, please help?

Unfortunately carries are pretty much lost when your pet is regenerable with the exception of restricted traits like valentines lace and lucky dust, which were locked.

I don't think that's the case because I regenerated Zoie to carry beaded flower crown and she does so it doesn't make sense
edit: I mean that I seletced carry instead of visible to have more traits for my trait points

it shouldn't eat those available trait points and make them nothing because I'd rather the marking carried than visible

also if so, then why would it give us 3,7 or 9 TP to use if we aren't supposed to use regen tp to carry

You can regen a carry~ you just can't regen a hidden trait. ;) If you can't see the trait listed on the pet and you know there's a carry there, I'm guessing that the pet isn't tested. Once the pet is tested, the carried trait should show up in the information area. Sorry, that was my mistake for thinking you were talking about hidden traits that were carried underneath visibles. xD

I think there was some misunderstanding.

Your pets should have the carries, it's just that you can't see the carries unless your pets has been genetically tested. If you check your pets, Zoie has been tested and you can see the symbol on her profile page. Whereas the other pets you listed have not been tested. Once they've been tested, you'll be able to see the carried traits italicized on the profile page.

So they are carrying the traits now, and have a 50% chance of passing the traits down to their offsprings, it's just you can't see them till they're tested.

If you don't have a genetic test kit, there are players who offer free testing services in the breeding forum.
