This is a place where a person above you gives a pokemon and then you get a pokemon
(you also must give your friend code so you can trade)
Example - I give the person below me a level 1 Phione in Either Gen 6 or 7 my FC is 0000-0000-0000)
Okay I will take the pokemon above me and I will give a Zekrom to the person below me FC is 0000-0000-0000
Etc
