I recently used a Philter of Nullification. However, instead of disappearing after use, the item count in my inventory went from 1 to 0.

It is still taking up an inventory spot, even though there is nothing there!

Also, if I try to put something else in that spot, it says "There was an Error! One of these items has already been Deleted."

This is known to happen for some reason.

You can use the trash can icon to remove it from your Inventory.
