I see a Regular Ice Water added to your inventory exactly at 7:58:29pm and consumed at 7:58:47pm.

You didn't provide a timestamp, but I'm assuming this occurred just prior to you posting this thread.
I see a Regular Ice Water added to your inventory at 4:02:01pm today, 6 minutes before you posted this thread.
You used the item at 4:02:32pm.
