Trait Disruptors can be used on themed pets that have never been bred to reshuffle their traits. (If a themed pet has offspring, it cannot have the Philter used on it.)
That is
Example:
This lupora's genes are
Gene One: NE, Husky
Gene Two: NN
Gene Three: NN
Mutation One: NK, Celestial Armor
Mutation Two: NN
Mutation Three: BE, Ornamental Headpiece [Dragon face scales]
if a trait disruptor were used on her, she'd still have two carried traits and one visible, but the hidden trait would be lost and traits would all be reassigned, so she might end up as, say:
Gene One: NN
Gene Two: BB, Doberman marking
Gene Three: ND, Frosted Glass
Mutation One: NG, Mechanical Armor
Mutation Two: NN
Mutation Three: NN
Offspring, to clarify on what you said, can never be 'Tagged' themeds like the wild-caught parents (that is, have a purple tag over their genetics with a theme name), they can only be 'Purbred' theme (all ancestral lines can be traced to a single Theme Tag) or 'Crossbred' theme
We might be a bit wrong, but I'm pretty sure that is correct. If we're wrong, Someone will probably post to correct.

Scath pretty much covered everything~ :) With visible traits though, it is still possible for a hidden trait to be disrupted into it, however it is a rare occurrence.
