I secretly play it alot. You get alot of pet dyes and stuff, and they make tons of gold on the broker :3

It is! Tho i wouldnt recomend it if your already low on money, since you can also lose some money with it

Tiers are unlocked by game progression if I remember correctly. I think the 3rd region is incomplete, thus there's only 2 regions = 2 tiers you can play with. Since the admins have stopped working on the storyline for now to focus on other things, we can only play up to 2 tiers.
