Between Astryl's Tranquility and Sweet Blossom Orchard, I have found every Non-Fabled Sylesti...
Except Draeyl...
I know Draeyl are available in the other battle system, in Viridian Meadows, and it's a non-fabled, so I assume this lack of Draeyl is unintentional.

Draeyl are considered to be cave / mountain dwellers. There are neither in both of the available Astryl's Vale zones so they aren't there.
While it's a bit of an oversight, it was done intentionally. Had the remaining planned zones of Astryl's Vale been released, they'd have some appearances. But we never made it that far. =P
