My father has a degenerative muscle disease, so I understand how a sick family member can effect your life. That being said, I'm a pretty old player here on Sylestia with some spare gold.

Send me a mushroom or something small for like 10,000. Which should be enough to keep 2 tabs of pets fed for a little while :) and if you ever need anyone to talk to, there are lots of great players here on Sylestia that would gladly listen, me included!

I spend about 2,000g a day to feed around 1,000 pets so I have spare gold for new players.
