I just bought a Fall festival Pumpkin Bundle and a majestic brew catalyst and when i went to go use these two items some of the items i got from them are not showing up in my inventory. There are empty spaces indicating that something should be there. I did restart my browser and cleared the cached and they are still not showing up.

You have already used all but 2 of the items from the pumpkin. The last 2 are the two items in the 3rd row of your Inventory.
Edit - The two blank spots are most likely Nullification Philters because for some reason they break like every time when used and leave a blank spot behind.

Sorry i just realized that the items didn't go straight into the bag (i just saw them in the brewing supplies) XD
