My prices for breeding and selling do differ, so here is how I operate(for the most part):
For Tamed Sylesties:
Selling Prices based on level and visible traits.
Normally I would put a level 43 Tamed Sylestie with a price of 4,300g.
The visible traits are 500g each.
Ex: a level 40 tamed sylestie with 3 vis traits would be 5,500g.
Breeding prices for all tamed Sylesties are 1g.

For Bred Sylesties:
Selling prices based on level, visible and non-visible traits, and if inbred or not.
Price per level:100g each
Price per visible trait:1,000g each
Price per carried trait:500g each
Ex: if I am selling a level 5 sylestie with 2-vis & 2-carried would be 3,500g
(Inbred prices are dropped by 100g each)
Ex: level 5 inbred sylestie with 2-vis & 2-carried is 350g)
Breeding fees for bred Sylesties:
Depends on amount of visible & non-visible traits, and if inbred or not.
Price per visible trait: 100g
Price per carried trait: 10g
Inbred:I do not put inbred Sylesties up for breeding. Nothing against anyone else, that's just the way I do things. If you want to breed them after you buy them, be my guest.
