There is this girl (not going to name names, I respect her privacy) that is constantly rude to me and completely ignores me at times; before you ask yes I have confronted her about it, I got no response. I do know how to block her but she hasn't pinged me or messaged me. I don't care about her rudeness, but I personally find it annoying when another is constantly rude for just the fact of being rude. I also dislike her but I am nice and polite to everyone. Here is an example of her rudeness:

Me: so those boys who threw rocks at me came back
Me: they threw a stick, i threw a stone the size of a baseball
Her: we needed to know that why?
Me: you didn't, but I don't believe i need your permission to talk on here
Me: =I

I need advice so if you could ping me with some wise words that'd be great.

She hasn't pinged you or messaged you, meaning this is most likely in the general chatroom? Some folks are getting a bit finicky recently in the chatrooms to the point of being rude, and while I do agree that they could most certainly handle their responses better, the main thing I can state when it comes to general chat:

I tend to stick with a rather simple approach: Just ignore them. If someone is being rude, I can usually brush it off, especially if they're just spitting steam at me. Words are just words and they really shouldn't hurt you. I could see it if someone you thought was close lashed out, but random strangers? Do the words of people you have no attachment to really matter? No one has to get the last word in, and you can make yourself look childish trying.

General chat is not always site related chatter, that much is true. The admins usually don't mind all that much whatever the topic is, so long as it is A.) site appropriate (like, ToS appropriate) or B.) not ruffling any feathers (try to avoid touchy subjects). Most likely, this other player felt that what you said landed under topic B, most likely due to the physical violence implied. In short: Just because some jerk(s) decides to throw things doesn't mean it's fine to throw things back, nor is there any reason to brag for doing so. You may have felt it was justified and maybe it was (I personally wouldn't know as I was not there of course~) , but it is a rather random thing to state in public to players in a general chat room. However, discussing this with friends in a private chatroom or message would probably have been better.

Yes, she was rude, but knowing when and where to post certain things is something that counts towards being respectful and considerate to other players. If a player asks you to change the subject because it's getting heated or because the topic is making other players uncomfortable, it's best to do so and move on, without the sass. This is an MMO in which the admins are allowing us to converse amongst ourselves without being overly restricting and it would be a terrible thing to abuse the trust that they've given us.

Yes, this was in the genchat room, and to be honest probably was just responding to someone else and it's just my silly ol' self -.-' but thanks Imp, it helped, and don't worry I don't mind long-winded answers.
