Before we start, I might as well give you a feel of the area. Imagine this. You are in a large town. The town is surrounded by a huge forest full of tall trees, streams and small lakes. Strangely enough, some of the lakes are saltwater. About an hour's sprint from the town is the camp, a serene clearing near two lakes- one saltwater and the other fresh. Near the clearing is a tall cliff. (That's pretty much all you need to know. If you need to incorporate a different type of habitat into this, you are allowed to.)

(I'll start us off.)

Alto sat in the center of the clearing in his wolf form. "Darn firework show, making everybody late. Who cares if it's the mayor's birthday? I called a meeting for 9:00 tonight and it's keeping them away." He muttered to himself. He was having an especially bad day. First he almost got run over by a car, then he lost his wallet and now nobody is showing up to a meeting? Lying down, he rested his nose between his paws and heaved a defeated sigh.

(Jade)
Jade pressed herself to the earth (in her dog form), clutching her sensitive ears to the sound of loud crashes. She hadn't the foggiest ideas of what they were, but they were scary and loud and she did not like them. She cried out a strangled bark/whine, scooting under a bush and shaking madly.
(Jane)
Jane yawned, hunched over her homework in the dim lighting. She sat back in her chair and rubbed her eyes. She looked out the window, seeing bright fireworks in the distance. What's the occasion? she thought, then skimmed over her sloppily written CERC.
(Roxy)
"Alrighty," Roxy purred, getting into her car. She sipped her coffee, which had a shot of whiskey in it, and slowly pulled out of the parking lot. It was late, and she needed to get home to Jane. "Sorry Jadey. I'll visit tomorrow." she whispered to herself.

Miles-
The brush parted in front of the clearing as the dark reddish wolf pushed his way through. "Sorry I'm late Alto, you wouldn't believe how hard it was to cross the road to get here, even in human form. Nearly got ran over both ways." Miles trotted forward sitting next to the leader of their pack. "And Rhodes stupid fireworks aren't helping either."

Waylon-
The wolf whimpered as he walked slowly through the woods, his tail tucked tightly between his legs. Another firework went off causing him to jump. "I just need to make it to the meeting, I just need to make it to the meeting..." He told himself. It shouldn't be far now.

Dan was returning from his job, the noise was loud he deside to fight it by put the sound of his i-pod at the max. He sat on a beanch looking at the sky, he wanted to look at it all night, he start to sing the song who was playing. '' Tell me would you kill to save a life ? ...'' he stop when he notice the dog in the bush near him. '' Comme here doggy.'' he slowly reatch his hand at it.

(How far along in training is Waylon?)

Alto sat back up as Miles came to the clearing. At least one shifter made it close to on time. "That's quite alright. I had similar road trouble. The mayor is a jerk." He said while listening for other shifters. "Looks like there's another shifter on his way, too." He said half to himself, half to Miles.

Jade-
Jade tensed up at the unfamiliar voice, and stopped whimpering. She lifted her head up slowly, and turned to the unfamiliar person, fear still fresh in her eyes.

Roxy & Jane-

"Jaaaaaaane!" called Roxy, opening up the door.n quieted done when she realized that Jane might be asleep. To her relief, a familiar voice came from the living room. "Hey! Long night?" asked Jane, turning around on the couch to face her caretaker. Roxy nodded. "Shouldn't you be in buh-bed? It's reely late." Jane sighed, switching off the tv. "I don't know if that was a slur, or an unnecessary fish pun."

Dan get up and go near of the bush. '' You should not be outside little doggy, it's too noisy for you tonight. I guess you can come with me for a while...'' He slowly remove his coat, trying to not scare the dog, and put it on jade head. '' That should block the sound a little bit or at least hide the light from the sky. Don't you dare bite on it, i know it smell the cat but still, it's important for me.''

Akemi Sat in a tree, watching the fireworks. For some stupid reason, you had to pay to get up close to the action, so she decided to just become a red panda and climb up a tree instead. She curled up in a ball with her nose sticking out of her tail. Akemi Closed her eyes and shivered against the cold breeze.

Ayumu walked around the town alleys. He tried to find something to do as a snow leopard, how he loved being himself lately. He started running. He got so fast that his feet didn't seem to be on the ground anymore. A snow leopard started to jump up the walls of the buildings, until he was at the top. He sat on the roof and watched the fireworks, smiling.

Jade-
She flinched a bit when the coat was put on her head, but the cat's smell relaxed her, and she raised her ears. She barked quietly, tilting her head at the person who had helped her.

Roxy & Jane-
"Jaaane!" called Roxy from the kitchen, where she was preparing a nasty smoothie. "Jaane are you in bed yet?" Jane sighed, pulling on her pajama top. "I'm getting into bed right now." she droned, and took off her glasses.
