How do I identify legendary scale shop eggs?

I assume it's scale cost alone, since the colors/species/traits are randomized.

I paid 2490 scales for this Vulnyx egg from the shop: https://www.sylestia.com/view/pets/?petid=2438653 and I'm pretty happy with what it is. However, if you're looking for battle pets and not solely the aesthetic breeding of traits, I don't recommend buying from the shop. There are a few senior players willing to help newbies out by selling pets they bred with good stats.
