Basically, if you have the pot and the fertilizer, I'll toss any of my leftover seeds into my garden for you and i'll only charge the 2000 gold it costs for the dirt. Here are the seeds I have available:

You actually send them from your inventory by clicking on them in the inventory, then clicking on the little envelope below the inventory window. A pop up will show up and you can put in my name as the recipient, then you just send. If you don't have any pots in your inventory, then yes, you can buy them on the broker if someone is selling some.
