The place where the inventory is supposed to show is white and I can't do anything about it.
I have been using google chrome and firefox and both of them have this issue. Is it possible to fix this or not?

Use the screen capture function on your device. Save the screen capture as a file to your device. Then upload that file to an image hosting site (such as imgur). Then copy/paste the link back to this thread.

It was to open an item in the invertery.
I am using a laptop that's running Windows 10. I've tried both Chrome and Firefox and they both have the same issue.

I see that there are a handful of items in your Inventory already.
Has the Inventory ever worked for you or has it always been blank like in your screenshot?

I think your issue is a scripting issue for some reason.
The easiest things just to try would be to clear your browsing cache and trying again to load the page.
If it still won't load anything, can you use Chrome, navigate to your Inventory, right-click and then select "Inspect". It may also say "Inspect Element".
You should then see something like this:
