I was hoping to mutate my Orchid Morkko once it matures with a Lesser Genetic mutator from the Scale shop. However, the potion says it can only be used on Captured pets. Are Plant pets Captured or Tamed? And will I be able to use it on my Morkko? Thanks for your time!

The orchid morkko will be an exclusive pet, so you won't be able to use the mutator on it. Only pets that are caught with traps, or eggs/hatchlings found in the wild while exploring, are considered tamed pets, and can use a mutator on. I think scale shop eggs are also considered tamed...

no you can't mutate other pet then tamed, the event where you '' make'' your pet give you exclusive. Tho if you look for a particular mutation or gene you can set a trade with an other owner of that tagged or breed him / her for an visible pb with that mutation.
