Lady Saerielle: "I do not know, Jinxie. Us Elves have lived in these woods for centuries. During that time, the Tree of Life has always remained exactly the same as the day we settled here. As far as to what these creatures are, they are Fallen Warriors of battles long over.
Bolded should be "we"
If you hurry, you should be able to find Casius and return before that army of Undead reaches the Grotto. But please be careful.
First period should be a comma
He may seem extremely odd at first, but he is a rather intelligent person; so give him a chance.
Either the semi-colon or the so should be removed as they're somewhat redundant

Hmmm I have to disagree to the first part. Using 'Us Elves' is perfectly fine In that case, using 'Us' or 'We' are both perfectly acceptable and have the same meaning. Although I'd have to say that I find the usage of 'Us' more suited than 'We'.
I agree with you second point. A comma would be more suitable since a sentence should not really start with 'But'
I'm 50/50 with the last part. Since "he is a rather intelligent person; so give him a chance." can also use a full stop AND a comma, so it can be grammatically correct. However, just a comma is also perfectly fine to use in that sentence.
Of course, these are just my opinions, so I could be wrong

I'm the exact opposite on the first... while "us" is useable, "we" sounds better IMO. Maybe it's just an influence of how I've read elves, with "we" being more refined while "us" would seem more childish/ more of a "human" indicator.
For the third a comma or period would also work just fine. The semi-colon really doesn't though. It just throws everything off a bit, especially with "so".

If we wanna talk grammar/comma rules, I can explain the role of a semicolon: it's not simply meant to be used where both a period or a comma would work. While that is partially true, in order for its usage to be correct, both statements on either side of the semicolon must be complete and able to stand on their own, in addition to being directly related to each other. "So give him a chance," is not, grammatically, a complete sentence. Therefore, the only appropriate punctuation to use in that particular spot would be a comma. It would be fine without the "so," however. Generally speaking, sentences should never begin with words like "so," "and," "but," "because," "or," etc.

Us Elves have lived in these woods for centuries.
Yes, that's actually incorrect.
The way to tell is to remove the "Elves" and see how the sentence should be:
Us have lived in these woods....
We have lived in these woods....
