As it says above, the Majestic seed/pets with the restricted traits are not included.

This would mean that the regular Fabled Seeds, regular Nonfabled Seeds, and all zone themed pets (Black Swallowtail Neph included) are viable options. Basically everything on the contests page as well as zoned themed pets shown on Lavelle's thread, to give image samples.

Visibles traits cannot be chosen. They will be two random ones that will be revealed whenever the egg hatches.

This is the prize from the themed pet design forum; pets are handed out shortly after the festival. This does take time, which is why I'm explaining the full process now... Once I choose a victor and this thread is closed I will ask them for which pet they want. When Fai sends me the message asking for which pet to generate, I will send the victor one last message as a final chance to change their mind. Once confirmed, I'll respond to Fai. Then begins the waiting game for all entries to be made and the eggs to arrive. The egg will then be set as soon as I log on and the message with the link to the egg sent. Patience would be most appreciated.
