I got something, this is what it looks like:
But, how do I use it? I can't add it on my captured sylesti.

Not sure if you got the answer already!
You use it on tamed pets (ones you caught with a trap from the wild, or one that you got from a nest; you can see if its tamed under the Genetics box on the pet page), by clicking on Genetic Philter (under Information box).
You can give the pet any gene or mutation of your choice in a slot where there is no gene or mutation that's there.
