The flashing banner says that Esior's Haven is getting raided. How do I "stop" the raid so I can access Esior's Haven? Do I have to keep battling bandits, and if so, how many times do I have to fight?

the banner shows how many bandits in total are defeated and how many more you need to defeat.
it will say something like 42/300 and everyone will be working on it, so that means everyone has to defeat 258 more bandits. there are 3 waves in a raid.
