My friend wanted to join Sylestia, but it said that there was an account already registered on her email even though she's never played before.
Also, the party manager won't let me switch loaded presets. It just reloads the page and the same party is still there.

If they wish to join, have them send an email to our support (support@sylestia.com) with their IP Address and we can see which accounts are registered at that location and look into adding an exception.
As for the second issue, I would first try deleting the preset you are trying to select and creating it again. If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache.
If it still doesn't work, let me know and I can take a closer look.
