Hi there! So I won a regular Luffox essence, but whenever I try to use it in the generator it doesn't work do you have any suggestions?

Have you loaded the essence into the generator? At the top of the generator there's a big button that says 'load essence'. You click that, then choose 'regular' then scroll down to the luffox essence and choose it. The essence will load in (where it said 'load essence' it will now say 'luffox essence'), then you can generate your pet ^.^
