How do you earn city badges?

I beliiiieve..the Sanctuary of Saerielle is the only place you can presently get city badges for, and you can get those by participating in the raids that occur in that region, as well as by doing the daily quests there. The more of the storyline you complete in that area, the more quests you'll unlock, for a total of five quests per day that will grant badges for completing. :3
