First off this is not a maximum ride roleplay as much as it is a maximum ride roleplay. Basically this takes place in the maximum ride world, but max and the others don't exist. this includes ari and them. What it does include is the SCHOOL, erasers, mutants, and whitecoats. I'll explain better after the rules in the rp info/intro part.

The school has created new mutant kids one kid in question is named shadow. created originally to help keep order and make sure the others don't try anything, he takes matters onto himself to try and ready an escape. you have two options, stay or go. Your choice.

Powers: Main power is his ability to transform into any animal in his DNA or look completely human. His second power is that of controlling shadows. His weakest power is controlling fire.

She usually has a black leather jacket as well, but she doesn't wear it while skateboarding cause it slows her down. Although this is probably not expressed in most of the photos, Era has blue eyes, and, just to be clear, her hair is white.
Name: Era (meaning wind)

Background: Era has been an orphan for all of her life, and has never had any other family other than the other orphans. A few months ago, on her birthday she was walking back from the local skate park when she was abducted by the School.Once there, many experiments were made on her, and she became a mutant. She is rather new to the world of Maximum Ride, and has not yet fully understood it. She is often confused to what she sees going on around her. (I have not read the book, but I've been researching it on Google, and wikia. Despite my research, I will still need help understanding what goes on, and I will need a tutor. Hopefully, my characters cluelessness will help you with that.)
Personality: Era is a rather introverted, tough girl, type of teenager. She has never really had friends because she kept getting switched from one orphanage to another, but that doesn't mean she can't enjoy life. She almost prefers the solitude to being with others, but that doesn't mean she dislikes being extroverted either. To her, it seems like a waste of time to try and make friends, for she never stays in one place for too long. In the second orphanage she was put into, Era met her life long enemy. For the rest of her time there she was bullied, and learned how to be tough. However, that does not mean she is not kind, and she cares much for those who become her friends.
Powers: Era can control air, this allows her to create small tornadoes, knock down flying enemies, and etc. However, she has her limits, and currently cannot summon very strong winds or very large tornadoes. Since she was recently made into a mutant, Era has no real sense of her powers, but as she continues to use them she seems to be getting more powerful. When Era uses her power over air, she experiences an energy drain, but it is not often severe. Her other power, is turning into animals, which she is having trouble controlling, as she will often wake up as a cat, or other animal. Her third and weakest power is having really good hearing. She has a lot of trouble hearing into the distance, and can only hear certain sounds far away concentrating very hard. This will often give her a killer headache, and she can only hear whispers of the sound that she is searching for. However, at close range she can create a fuzzy outline of a person in her mind, which gives her the ability to fight with her eyes closed. This power gets sharper at close range as she practices more and more, but her far ranged hearing seems to have no way of improving.
Extra: Era is a big music fan. She often listens to rock, hip hop, punk, some rap, and a bit of metal while she is skateboarding. Oh, ya. She also likes to skateboard. Like, a lot.

Ok, thanks to those who have joined so far, I am happy to announce that I will start the RP thread soon as I can this week, though...after tomorrow I might be to sleepy to try anything (graduation things) so I will try to do it this coming Thursday.

also, to answer a few questions, yes Zara, seeing spirits is ok as a side power, though I personally count that as just something one can do if given the right time so feel free to use it as a power or just something that makes your character different. Rose, I am actually not involving the main plot of the books, the RP plot will develop over the time of RP so it's up to everyone to do what they wish for drama or peace. Poison, if you need any help with something about this, feel free to ask me and I'll help best I can.

At what time do you plan to start the roleplay? Or have I just not seen it yet?

I am sorry for the long wait, it's been a rough time after last post, I am just now settling into being an adult rather then a high school student and now working to get ready to try and get a job and my own home. Back ground: Actually the whitecoats accidentally erased her memory while trying to "improve" it, and that was like, a week before this rp takes place, so not much that she remembers. The whitecoats were trying to create a new type of eraser with lion dna instead of wolf, but still a bit of wolf dna, but she doesn't age super fast like erasers because of ... ummm... completely legit reasons.
Powers: (two at max with a weak third.) She can light a small flame in her palm and use it as a candle, she can- kind of morph into a lion-wolf mixture where she's strong and has claws and sharp teeth, but mostly by accident, and she can jump sort of high as her weak power.
Extra: (Anything else you would like to say You can also place a second photo if your character transforms ex. eraser form) For her slightly morphed form just imagine how you would imagine an eraser, but with rounded ears and a slightly more lion like face shape and lighter more golden fur.
She also has been known to randomly attack someone for no reason. The fact that she's pretty nice makes when this happens even more unfortunate.
