I can't find a button or anything that let's me add my other Sylesti to my party. Help me please!

You can get another party slot in the plaza in Esior's Haven and more in the zones that follow. One per zone, I think.

@Brie,

In Esior's Haven go to the Plaza and you'll be able to expand your party there via William the Hunter.
