How do you get/order custom avatar items? I have heard people talk about I but I don't know what it is.

Sometimes, when there are monthly release of avatar items, or during certain festivals/events, the admins also include an option for customisable versions of selected avatar items. They will upload a file with the basic lineart of the item, that users can download and colour as they like, and submit it. If the customised art is approved by the admin, they will code it and include it in the game. The creator of the item can order as many of the item as they like.

So to make one, you'll have to wait for an event where the admins announce in the event post that there will be customisable items, and download the file to make your own item. You'll then have to submit your creation within the deadline, and wait for approval for your item.

Otherwise, you'll just have to see what others have created and buy theirs.


To make your own customisable item, you'll need to spend diamonds though. So usually these items are not cheap, since the players that created their own items spend quite some diamonds creating them.
