In the dungeon, there are 5 Runes, Warm Rune, Cool Rune, Air Rune, Wet Rune and Shock Rune.
Does it matter which one I choose? If it does matter, which one should I pick?

I remember reading somewhere that the rune you pick should correlate to the weather at the moment.
So Warm Rune=Sunny
Cool Rune=Cloudy
Air Rune=Windy
Wet Rune=Rainy
Shock Rune=Stormy
Be careful though-choosing the right rune will lead to a sub-boss battle.
