@Vevina,
Hello ^-^
I have the item, it was obtainable with festival currency. I think it was last year's spring festival? The same festival that had the rain dress and herb collector's outfit in the shop. I'm not sure if I want to sell it, but would be curious what your offer is.

Greetings, Tap. :3 I actually only recently got back into the game, after a roughly two-year hiatus, so I sadly missed the opportunity to get the outfit.
My offer...well, it would be purely in gold. Given that I have no idea what the item is worth, and I haven't seen it on the broker since coming back, I imagine it's rare enough to merit a hefty price tag.
That said, there aren't a whole lot of outfits I have nor want, but when there is one I want, I am willing to shell out a lot for it. If I could have even a vague semblance of what it's worth, then I could crunch some actual numbers for you to work with.
But since I don't, let's just say I'll most likely jump on any price you would give me for it. Even if it's in the millions.

If I'm honest, the price in my head was 1.2 million gold, where if it becomes available again during the upcoming Spring festival for decently cheaper, I would rebate 400k. Let me know what you were thinking of.
In general the price of avatar items on Sylestia have tend to bend depending on how much a seller of the item wants to sell the item and how much the buyer wants to buy, due to the lack of many items in the market. ^.^''
====
Though for the price of the item, so you can gauge for other items as well. I'd say at a minimum it's worth 400k gold (cheap cheap). And at a high worth 800 diamonds (expensive expensive). I don't think many people grabbed a copy of it due to the other items in the festival shop at the time.
In general, I think old festival shop outfits are 400k+. Recent festival shop outfits are 100k-300k. And current festival shop outfits are a mixed bag of overpriced and underpriced. In comparison, festival zone outfits would be cheaper: 20k current festival, 80k recent festival, 150k+ old festival)
These are just rough prices and doesn't account for popularity of the item itself, etc.

1.2 mil, eh? And it may be available again in the upcoming Spring festival? So if I wait it out, I could get the outfit for myself for free, costing only my time and effort?
HMM...
Well, it's certainly a temping offer! I generally prefer to earn the items I want for myself, however, I came here intending to buy the item, and therefore, I will see it through! Besides, you've been very helpful in giving me general estimations of item prices, which is certainly time and effort on your part for keeping track of the market, and I definitely appreciate it.
Would you be willing to sell the outfit to me for 2 million? No rebates necessary. :3

@Vevina,
Aw, I'd feel a bit bad if you paid that much more than I set the price at. How about in the middle at 1.6 mil so we both win. (Idk how I keep ending up reverse bargaining)
I definitely wanted to let you know that it might appear again. There's no way to know in advance, but based on the pattern of festivals so far it might be very challenging to obtain even so. ;;
My guess is that there will be a chest available in the spring festival shop labelled "random old spring festival avatar item" worth roughly 50k-200k gold (except in festival currency). Which, like the name, gives a random old festival item (zone items, held items, etc.). Sadly this is usually a deadend route. But someone else might get the item in the chest and not want it or a different setup could happen. At least I always keep my hopes up for old festival items otl. And luck does happen. c:

Huzzah! I love it when everyone wins. :3 But yes, come what may, I feel good about this purchase even if they'll later show up for 100g on the broker! I think it's fair to give you extra for your willingness to explain these things to me. And either ways, it'll be one less item for me to worry about when the next festival comes around. X3
Thank you very much! :3
